Rental Requirements

  • 3:1 income to rent (make at least 3x month’s rent to qualify)
  • Photo ID
  • Social Security number or Tax ID number with valid work authorization

What Paperwork Do You Require to Submit an Application?

All applicants must authorize credit and background checks and provide the following documents and information with their application*:

  • Valid Photo ID
  • Two most recent consecutive pay stubs
  • Social Security #

*Speak with your leasing agent for alternative acceptable documents

How Long Does It Take to Get Approved?

We strive to provide applicants with a rental decision within 2 business days provided we are able to verify and complete our screening requirements.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept bank checks and money orders.  We do not accept cash under any circumstances.  Please discuss any other forms of payments or questions with your property specialist.

Move In Procedures

1. Your Property Specialist Will Explain Any Payments Required at the Time of Move In.  On the Date of Move In, balances are due in the form of certified bank checks or money orders.

2. Utilities, unless completely included in the rent, Must Be Placed in Your Name.  Chicopee Utilities - CELD - 413-598-8311; Westfield Gas & Electric - 413-572-0100; Eversource - 800-286-5000.

3. A tour of the facility and Your Apartments Home  will be provided to you.  A statement of condition will be completed at that time.

4. A Lease signing will take place in our main office located at 55 State Street, Suite 201, Springfield, MA 01103.  413-746-9846.  Please plan on at least a 60 minute stay for this event.
